How to right-click on a Mac?
Mac doesn’t come with a dedicated mouse or trackpad for right-clicking, but if you necessarily want to do the same on your new Mac, then you have options to fulfill your need. You can use an in-built trackpad, Magic Trackpad, or Magic Mouse on your Mac. If you want to move beyond these options, you can use a third-party mouse.
To right-click on your Mac, you have to turn on the right-click menus. To do the same, follow these instructions carefully:

Right-clicking on Mac
Regardless of the set-up procedure of your Mac, you can easily right-click on your Mac device. To do the same, you need to hold down the Ctrl tab and press the primary menu or trackpad button to launch the shortcut or context menu. These key combinations will provide you the similar functionality that most Windows devices offer.
In case you own a third party mouse having the right physical button, then macOS will authenticate the particular button and map the same accordingly just after plugging the same in your mouse.
