New Study Claims That Android Apps Are 8x More Dangerous Than iOS for Students
Technology can be a boon or a bane. It tries to simplify our lives and make things easier for us, but just like a coin, it also has two faces. Today there is so much improvement in technology and AI that it indeed has some negative and positive impact on our lives. As per the recent study by Me2B Alliance, a non-profit organization that is committed to giving individuals more knowledge in how technology treats the people and has claimed that the Google Android platform is vulnerable eight times more likely to send data from school apps to third parties, which is very risky and as compared to iOS it is much riskier. In this new study, the organization has collected a random sample of 73 mobile apps used by 38 schools in 14 states across the US and covers at least a half-million people (including students, teachers, families, etc.).
